7.92 mi in 00:31:30 hours at 15.09 mi/h on Schwinn CrissCross. [Cycling] Head cold. Stuffy, runny nose, chest congestion, cough. Loaded up on meds and had to get at least a short ride in today. Feel wasted, but I think tomorrow I will be fine.
