7.15 mi in 00:29:00 hours at 14.79 mi/h on Schwinn CrissCross. [Cycling] Not a good ride at all. Weather was perfect. A little cool, no wind. Did not get enough sleep last night and just had no energy today, but had to get something in before the weekend. Weather is supposed to be crappy.
